Annual Network wide meeting

Location: Radcliffe conferencing suite, Warwick University, UK

Registration Fee: There is no cost to attend this event. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Dinner and accommodation: There is an optional dinner and accommodation the night of the 12th January 2023 at the Radcliffe Hotel at cost.


We are really looking forward to welcoming you to our annual network wide meeting where we will have an opportunity to celebrate our achievements to date and look forward to our future initiatives.

The event is open to all current members and those interested in finding out more about the network.

The meeting will have a range of sessions, including research presentations, poster sessions and networking opportunities.

Poster session

You are invited to present your research findings and ideas during our poster presentation sessions. It is expected the research area will fall within BIOREME’s remit.

Event Support Funding

BIOREME are pleased to offer funding to support travel and accommodation costs of PhD or Early Career Researchers who otherwise would not be able to attend this event. Please indicate on the registration form whether you would like to apply for this funding. You will be asked to provide the following:

1) Why you require this funding
2) An estimate of costs
3) Your motivations for attending this meeting

We have a limited pool of money to support travel, therefore we will contact you by 2nd December if we are able to support this request.
