Public engagement: STEM Research Insight visit for secondary school students

The BIOREME team will be hosting 3 X workshops for up to 90 students from a local secondary school. We are participating in the “future health” stream and will introduce the students to challenges in respiratory medicine and the potential for maths to help solve some of those challenges.

We will run an engaging activity asking the students to critique funding calls in this space and to decide which projects should be awarded the funding.

We can’t wait to welcome them to The University of Nottingham.
